The Building

The centre contains 22 offices ranging from 98 to 481 square ft and 8 workshops ranging between 202 and 481 square ft.

The monthly rent is collected by standing order and is inclusive of electricity, heating, lighting, super fast broadband (router not included), telephone line rental (calls not included) & water/water rates. Workshops have their electricity metered separately and invoiced on a monthly basis. There is no additional service charge and all car parking is free.
