The Centre comprises of 24 offices from 100 to 480 square ft and 6 workshops ranging between 200 and 480 square ft.

The monthly licence fee is collected by bankers' standing order and includes: the rent, business and water rates, heating and electricity (offices only). Telephone line rental and broadband connection is also included in the offices. Electricity is by meter in the workshops. All car parking is free.
