Terms and Conditions

All our offices and workshops are let on an easy in, easy out monthly licence terms.

The office rents are inclusive of rates, heating, lighting and broadband internet. Telephone line rental is also included. Telephone calls are invoked on a monthly basis.

Workshops (excluding broadband) have their electricity metered separately and invoked monthly.

Easy in

Appointments to view the units can be made at short notice.
The tenancy agreement to be signed by the person or company renting the unit.
The rent is paid monthly by bankers standing order.
A bank reference is sought, but no deposit is required.
Public/Employers Liability Insurance is required.

Easy Out

Only one full month's notice in writing is required to vacate the premises.

Facilities Include

Ample free parking.
Receipt of mail and parcels.
Black & White and Colour photocopying facility.
Fax facility.
Laminating.
Franking and outgoing mail collection.
