To support breast cancer care, Blyth Community Enterprise Centre held a pink Thursday coffee morning between 9am until 12pm on Thursday the 27th of October.

The event has been deemed a success after staff, tennants, friends and family donated their time and money for cakes, scones and biscuits all of which were sold to raise money at Community Enterprise Centre. On the morning of Pink Thursday many stopped by to purchase tea, coffee and of course the cakes, scones and biscuits. The centre also held a raffle on the day which was drawn by a number of the tennants in the building and a guess the number of sweets in the jar competition also being held.

Overall the day was a great success with a total of £112.17 raised by the centre by the end of the coffee morning.
