The Conference Room - Room G01

The main conference room is conveniently situated on the ground floor overlooking the river Blyth.

Hire costs include:-

TV/Video/DVD.
Flip chart, white board & pens.
OHP & Screen.
A broadband internet connection is also available F.O.C on request. Free Wi-Fi is also available with advance notification.
Ample free on site parking.

Refreshments are available at an additional cost and catering such as sandwiches and cold buffets can also be arranged.

Seating can be arranged in a variety of formats to meet your individual requirements:

Boardroom - 30
Cabaret - 30
Horse Shoe - 25
Classroom - 24

The conference room is available for hire by both external businesses and tenants for either half or full days. Block bookings can also be taken.

1st Floor Conference Facilities - Rooms 101 & 102

There is also a meeting room on the 1st floor, which has the same equipment available as the main conference room.

This room is available for hire by tenants or external businesses for either 1/2 or full days.

This room can also be partitioned off to make 2 smaller meeting rooms capable of seating up to 12 people each. The smaller rooms can be hired by the hour as well as 1/2 and full days.

Other Conference Facilities - Room G05

The CEC also has 1 smaller conference facility for hire.

G05 is a medium sized conference room complete with an overhead projector, conference table with 5 padded leather chairs, PC and internet access. A conference phone can also be added to the room at an additional cost upon request. Refreshments are available at an additional cost.
